Tina is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with 22 years of experience in the healthcare field. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing-Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Tina went on to earn her Doctorate in Nursing Practice with an emphasis in Adult Gerontology and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Arizona in 2016. She is currently an adjunct faculty member at Arizona State University, College of Nursing.  Tina has also been involved in organizational memberships and community affiliations, including, the Emergency Nurses Association, Arizona Chapter Member and was the Nursing Coordinator for the Arizona State University football first aid stations. She holds certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, As a board-certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Tina provides, patient- centered care focusing on the whole person in partnership between practitioner, physician, and patient; with a common goal of achieving and maintaining overall health and wellness. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling to new places and exploring the local culture, and spending time with her family. Tina joined Tri-City Cardiology in 2016.
