Meet Deven Mason
Deven Mason, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong background in cardiovascular care and emergency medicine. He brings several years of experience managing complex cardiac patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
Deven earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Hardin-Simmons University and completed his undergraduate education in Exercise Science, graduating magna cum laude. During his clinical training, he gained diverse experience across multiple specialties, including Interventional Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, and General Surgery, providing him with a well-rounded clinical foundation.
He is nationally certified and licensed as a Physician Assistant and maintains certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Deven has been recognized for his dedication to patient care, including receiving the 2024 Seton Medical Center Harker Heights Provider of the Year Award. He is an active member of professional organizations such as the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
Outside of clinical practice, Deven has participated in clinical research, community service initiatives, and advocacy efforts supporting the Physician Assistant profession. He is committed to providing patient-centered care and working collaboratively with physicians and care teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
