Billing & Insurance

Tri-City Cardiology participates with most local insurance plans, as well as many national insurance plans, and we are continuously working to add more.

The list below includes insurance companies and networks Tri-City is currently contracted with, as well as some of the more common third-party administrators (TPAs).

This list is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all insurance plans accepted by Tri-City.  Please do not hesitate to call us for further verification if your insurance plan is not listed!

Your insurance plan may have a network of in-network providers and limitations on services you can receive.

While you are responsible for understanding your insurance policy and benefits, our staff will also verify your benefits and determine network participation as needed.

You will be asked to provide complete and accurate insurance information, and we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for covered services.

Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, or other out of pocket expenses.

If you have any questions, please contact us at (480) 844-0401. We will be happy to assist you.
